| Reservation Procedure |
To reserve our home, please accomplish the
following 4 steps:
- Confirm availability of your requested dates on our
availability
calendar and/or call (305) 865-1041.
- Print out, complete fully, and sign the terms and conditions of
rental and fax it to
(805) 888-4212.
- You now have 7 days to send your initial deposit equal to the first two
nights rental and payable
by check only. Please make it in care of
"Morgan M. Fischer" and mail it to 226 East 12th Street, Apt. 10J, New York, New York 10003. Please do not forget to add 7.4% Colorado Tax. We will send you a
confirmation letter upon receipt of the deposit.
- The balance is due 60
days prior to arrival along with a seperate Security Deposit of $1000.00, payable
by check only. Please allow 10 days after departure for the return of your Security
Deposit by mail. Upon final payment of the balance, we will foward the keys to the home
and instructions/entry codes to the Summerwood SportsPlex.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made 60 days or more in advance will receive full refund less a $100.00
cancellation fee provided the period can be rebooked.
If rebooking does not occur the initial deposit will be forfeited. If cancellation is made
less than 60 days in advance, the initial two days deposit will be forfeited.
