QUESTIONS We have attempted to answer some
of the most frequently asked questions here. Please feel free to contact

- The
electrical and water systems are the heart of the
house. Please familiarize yourself with the location and control of these utilities. The MAIN
WATER SHUTOFF and CIRCUIT BREAKER PANEL are located in the
mechanical room on the lower level. The MAIN WATER SHUTOFF VALVE is located just above the
floor in between the furnace and the water heater.
- In case of a Mechanical, Electrical, or Plumbing
Emergency, please contact the Summerwood Resident
Manager, Eric Nicholds

The mechanical room is downstairs on
the right, and in it are the main water shutoff valve and the main
electrical circuit breaker panel.
- The home's address and telephone number
are: 0062 Long Bow Lane, Summerwood, Dillon, CO 80435. Tel (970) 262-1885. There are
telephones in every bedroom, and on the main floor in the kitchen as well. Local telephone
calls are complimentary. Long Distance calls will require a credit card.
- No smoking is allowed in the house.
Smoking in the house will result in the immediate forfeiture of the damage deposit.
- No Pets are allowed in the house.
- Please do not wear SKI BOOTS in the
house. The main floors of the house are Larch Hardwood which is beautiful, but damage
easily.
- Digital Cable TV is complimentary. There
are color televisions in all bedrooms and in the Great Room. A VCR has
been provided in the Great Room as well.
- The washer and dryer are
located downstairs in the laundry room. Detergent has been provided.
- The Summerwood SPORTSPLEX is located 1/2
mile east of the house. Unlimited use is complimentary. Facilities include indoor/outdoor
heated pool, large Jacuzzi, Steam Room, workout facilities, and an indoor racquetball
court, and Tennis courts with automatic ball feeder. Racquetballs and racquets are
provided. Access instructions will be sent along with your confirmation letter and keys.

- Snow Plowing: The roads and driveway are
plowed by Summerwood Maintenance personnel.
- A maximum of 2 cars are permitted per
rental group; additional vehicles may be accomodated at the SportsPlex.
- The switch for the natural gas fireplace
is located just above the flagstone base on the lower right hand side. If the pilot flame
has gone out, flip off the switch, remove the lower face plate panel underneath the glass
facade, (get on your knees to see this), rotate the gas control knob so that
"pilot" is on the bottom, and press the pilot spark button on the right hand
side. Once the pilot lights, rotate the gas control knob back to the "on"
position, replace the face plate panel, and, finally, flip on the switch.
- Garbage bags are provided in the kitchen. Large garbage
containers are provided in the garage. Garbage pickup is on Monday and
Friday mornings. Please leave full bags in full view directly in front of the garage
doors.
- We also provide: linens, bed sheets, down
comforters, pillows, towels, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, paper towels, coffee filters, a
fully usable kitchen with pots, pans, plates, silverware, kitchen tools, cutting board
with knives, a blender, salt and pepper, dish detergent, and dish towels. Housekeeping is
provided prior to the guest's arrival.
- Radiant Heat: The house has new
technology, quick reacting "warmboard" radiant heat on all levels. Please move
the thermostats incrementally, and allow 1 hour to feel the results. If you try to
raise the temperature too rapidly by moving the thermostat a large amount, it will warm up
and then get too warm, and will stay that way for a period of time before cooling off.
Trust me. There are 5 zones throughout the house.

- Dillon and Keystone Local Necessities:
The new Dillon Ridge Market Place, 3 miles to the west of Summerwood on Route 6 has the
following retail locations: City
Market , (very good fresh fruits and
veggies), Starbucks Coffee, Gart Sports Superstore, Kinko's Copy Center, a very comprehensive liquour store with a great
selection of micro brewed beer, Chimayo's, the best, quick Mexican in town, a BlockBuster video outlet, and the new SkyLine Cinema, with
6 screens. Across Route 6 from the Market Place is the Dillon
Dam Brewery, perhaps the finest micro
brewery in the country with fantastic food to boot. Try the IPA ale. *special note for guests - Gart Sports offers an excellent ski rental package (last year
it included ELAN SCX skis) for just $10 per day (a big discount off the resort prices).
